Inscape grew out of a group of corporate consultants and delivery practitioners who spent years helping organizations run large programs — and kept hitting the same limits in how projects were modeled, tracked, and handed off between teams. The product is being built by people who have lived inside that work, not at arm's length from it.
Rather than layering features onto an older mental model, we took a ground-up approach: design the system from first principles around how requirements, structure, and change actually behave on real engagements. That industry-born perspective is what shapes declarative project management — and everything we ship.
